You will be provided with this information during checkout.Please ensure you place your order on the correct country. - During sales or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly affected and take a little longer than usual.- If you’re a registered customer you can also track parcels through the 'My Account' section of the website.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you want to return an order, you can do so within 30 calendar days of receiving it. Remember that the items must be returned in original conditions, without any signs of use and keeping their labels in perfect condition. The shipment costs for both deliveries and returns vary depending on your country and it is specified in the check out and during the return process.

 

Once we receive your returned items, we will give you a full refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same method that you used to make the purchase.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.

 

Although we make every effort to ensure that you receive the products ordered, please let us know if this is not the case.

 

Depending on whether you are a registered user or not, the returns process is slightly different.

ONLINE ACCOUNT HOLDERS

 

You can only send returns from the same country in which the order was made.

 

Create a Return using your own account:

 

1. Enter your Personal Area, locate the order you want to return and click on the link "Make return". To log in to your customer account, CLICK HERE.

 

2. You will be taken to our courier’s website, where you will be able to choose your return method: you can either take the parcel to a collection point or arrange for it to be collected from your home.

 

3. Fill in the form to generate the returns label. Download and print the label, then stick it on the box. Remember that each box needs its own label. If you need more than one, repeat these steps to get as many labels as you need.

 

4. Prepare the items in their original packaging or in another cardboard box. Finally, ensure the box is properly sealed.

 

5. If you are not home when the courier calls, you will need to contact them to schedule a new collection time.
